Ephraim Ebstein
Ephraim founded FIT Solutions, a Managed IT Services Provider, in 2012 to address the gaps he saw in the industry. As an engineer, he was often frustrated by the restrictions of a help-desk model — not being able to solve problems for the customer because of budget or time constraints.
