Ephraim Ebstein
Ephraim founded FIT Solutions, a Managed IT Services Provider, in 2012 to address the gaps he saw in the industry. As an engineer, he was often frustrated by the restrictions of a help-desk model — not being able to solve problems for the customer because of budget or time constraints. FIT Solutions' "no help desk" model builds dedicated teams of IT engineers that are empowered to solve problems and provide proactive consulting.
FIT Cybersecurity was founded in 2015 to provide 24/7 Managed Cybersecurity Services to organizations by means of a Security Operations Center, staffed by a dedicated 24/7 US-based team of cybersecurity experts.
